We purchased our 2 bed, 2.5 bath 1500 square foot condo in May 2009, and completely updated and modernized it by the end of that year (with the help and support of our very giving family members!). We lived in the condo until we moved to Houston in September 2011. It has been rented long-term for the past year, but our tenants are moving out at the end of September 2012. Our new tenants will not move in until January 2013, and therefore it is open for short-term holiday rentals from October 14, 2012 to December 31, 2012.

| The condiminium complex name is Southampton Gardens, which is located at the corner of Canal Point Drive and Esterly Tibbetts Highway (referred to in Cayman as "the bypass"). It is a very short walking distance to the beach (about 600 feet... or 250 steps!). EXCELLENT location and super convenient! |
The condo is FULLY stocked with everything you need to feel like you are right at home. It has a fully supplied kitchen, bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. It has a large grill out on the screened in patio. There are two flat screen televisions (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) accompanied with two dvd players, and of course cable television is provided. There is not wireless internet in the unit, however there are free WiFi areas in several areas of the island (the closest being Paperman's Coffeehouse, in the shopping complex right across the street... which also has excellent coffee, baked goods, wraps, and sandwiches!). Foster’s supermarket is also right across the street, making it very convenient to buy anything you need to cook at home in the kitchen or on the outdoor grill. Complex amenities include very nice pool/grilling area, lighted tennis court, and workout facility.
The price is $200/night for a couple, and $300/night for two couples/family of four.
